Beef and White Leek with Sweet Soy Dressing

Marinade beef in a medium bowl with the oil, sake and soy and toss to combine.
To make the Sweet Soy Dressing, combine dressing ingredients in a small pan. Heat rapidly over high heat until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and set aside.
Heat a medium frying pan over high heat and cook half of the sliced beef for 1-2 minutes each side or until cooked. Repeat with remaining beef slices.
Divide meat between 4 shallow bowls and pour over hot dressing and let stand for 5 minutes. Garnish with drained sliced leek and roasted sesame seeds to serve. Serve warm or cold.
